Paul Bly is Senior Director, Strategic Talent for Thomson Reuters. In this capacity he leads and supports a variety of talent management initiatives. Current priorities for Paul include development programs for high potential talent, 360 feedback, executive talent reviews, encouraging the movement of talent across organizational boundaries, and defining the career track for future business leaders.
Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Paul was a consultant at Personnel Decisions International where he worked on projects involving the alignment of human resource investments with organizational strategy. Other projects included facilitating HR strategy sessions, designing and delivering training courses and assessment centers, and conducting research on personality and assessment tools. Paul has a Ph.D. and M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University, and a B.A. in Psychology from Texas Lutheran University.
