Ceci currently holds the position of Vice President, Global Mobility at State Street Corporation in Boston, Massachusetts. She leads their world wide expatriate program managing long and short term assignments, permanent global transfers, and localizations. Her role includes policy design, compliance/tax management, immigration, vendor relations and compensation design.

Her extensive background in HR generalist capacities and Compensation and Benefits roles includes developing cost effective and competitive company-wide international assignment policies that support the company’s cultural, business and financial conditions, managing tax equalization programs, and ensuring employee development alignment with global business strategies. She has assessed and designed worldwide compensation and benefits programs for the European Community, Latin America, Northeast European/Africa and Pacific regions.

Ceci has lived and worked on location in Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, UK, France, and Hong Kong for more than a decade, for companies such as Philip Morris, Kraft Foods, Wang Computers, Coca-Cola and Cabot Corporation. Her academic background includes a BA from Boston College and MLS from Simmons College.
