Kerry has over 13 years experience building and implementing strategic human capital programs that support business goals. She focuses on strategic change management, which includes organization design, process improvement, and stakeholder/leadership alignment. She also has experience building and implementing various talent management programs, including orientation/onboarding programs, competency models, and performance management programs.
The clients that Kerry has served span across industry and functions. Her projects have included large scale organizational transformations, enterprise and global talent management initiatives, global employee engagement efforts, and most recently and enterprise wide learning and talent development strategy efforts.
She recently moved to the Boston area with her husband and young daughter, and is a living case study at Deloitte for Mass Career Customization. Kerry obtained her BA at Hamilton College and her MBA at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
